Onye Vè Store Policy

Returns: Returns may be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 5–7 business days for returns to be processed after delivery.

Tags must remain attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage — any signs of wear or removed tags will result in a denied return request. We do not process exchanges. All Sample Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End-of-Year Sale purchases are final sale.

If you have any questions regarding returns, please email info@onyeve.com — we do not accept order questions via Instagram.

Payments & Billing: We reserve the right to verify any orders over $300. Orders can only be shipped to the billing address. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, you must email info@onyeve.com with authorization, a valid telephone number, and a photo ID. If verification cannot be completed, your order will be canceled.
