Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times
All orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before they are shipped, provided the item is in stock and not a pre-order. (Holidays and weekends are excluded.) During high-volume periods, such as the holiday season, please allow up to 12 business days for processing.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days to arrive. Please note that inclement weather, distance, or other unforeseen delays may extend this timeframe.

  • Express shipping is available on select orders for an additional fee. To confirm if your order qualifies, please email info@onyeve.com before placing your order.

Once tracking information has been issued, please contact USPS or UPS directly for updates or delivery concerns. If you suspect your package has been misdelivered or lost, you must file a claim with USPS/UPS before reaching out to us at info@onyeve.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via UPS and/or DHL. Shipping times depend on the destination country.
While Onye Vè makes every effort to minimize duties and fees, international customers may be responsible for applicable customs charges.

Pre-Orders
Each pre-order item will have its estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Please review this carefully before placing your order.

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for rush or express shipping.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

  • Orders will begin processing on the advertised release date (or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend/holiday).
