Returns
At Onye Vè, we value the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you within the guidelines below:
- Returns may be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment (postage fees are non-refundable).
- Tags must remain attached to the item. If tags are removed, the return will not be accepted.
- We do not process exchanges.
- Sample Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End-of-Year Sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Kindly email us at info@onyeve.com for assistance.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage. Any signs of wear, alteration, or removed tags will result in a denied return request.
How to Return
All return requests must be submitted through our online returns system after delivery is confirmed. You can then request a return online using your email. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email. Start a return by logging in to view your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Swimwear and intimate items are non-returnable.
- All items must be received in original condition with tags attached.
